Problem

We were approached by a pool and spa specialist seeking our assistance with GRP lining works to rejuvenate a tired and worn swimming pool located in Plymouth.

Solution

To ensure our quotation was both accurate and reflective of the project requirements, we conducted a detailed site visit to gain a clear understanding of the condition and scope of the swimming pool.

Installation

Following approval, we commenced extensive preparation works using a specialist shot blasting method to ensure the substrate was sound and suitably prepared. Once satisfied with the surface condition, we progressed with the GRP lining installation over a carefully managed two-week programme.

Completion

After applying the final topcoat to deliver a premium finish, we added a striking visual element by incorporating the college logo at the pool’s base along with bold dark blue lane markings, further elevating the pool’s aesthetic and functionality
