A few years ago, we had the pleasure of working on a truly special project—where a vision of tranquillity met expert craftsmanship. Our customer aspired to transform their terrace into a serene retreat, ideal for unwinding, entertaining, and enjoying peaceful moments outdoors

Solution

Following a site visit and quotation provided. We were given the go ahead to carry out a full strip of the existing surface, removing all worn-out layers to create a clean slate. A fresh OSB deck followed by the ResTec 2020 Balcony/Walkway system with an anti-slip aggregate finish

Installation

In its place, we installed the seamless, anti-slip ResTec 2020 balcony system, selecting the elegant Barn Owl shade to harmonise with the natural surroundings. The finish offered both aesthetic charm and practical durability, perfect for year-round use.

Completion

To ensure every detail was flawless, we also coordinated with the glass balustrade contractors, managing the interface between the balcony and its sleek, transparent barrier. The result was a beautifully cohesive outdoor space that blended safety, style, and comfort.
