Problem

We were contacted by an existing client to provide quotations for the flat roofing works at Holland House; London, a Grade I listed building.

Solution

The roofs consisted of a terrace and walkway, therefore the system we put forward required an anti-slip finish ensuring safety for the public. We contacted TOR our liquid waterproofing manufacturers to meet on site and get a specification to propose to our client. We proposed a supply and install TOR Elastaseal Z liquid waterproofing to Holland House Main Roof & Café walkway with anti-slip aggregate.

Installation

Our team successfully mobilised at Holland House, a prestigious Grade I listed building, and promptly commenced installation of the TOR Elastaseal Z system. This highperformance waterproofing solution was selected for its durability and long-term protection, perfectly suited to the heritage requirements of the site

Completion

Works progressed smoothly, with meticulous attention to detail throughout each stage of application. We concluded by sealing the final anti-slip aggregate, prioritising safety without compromising on finish

Feedback

The client was thoroughly impressed with the outcome, gaining complete peace of mind and the robust insurance their building demands.
