Problem

We were approached by the main contractor who were recently awarded a liquid roofing project working at a Thames Water site in Waltham Abbey

Solution

Following the guidance of the specification, we proposed supply and installation of the Centaur Centech PU20 built up warm roof liquid roofing system to fully refurbish the existing flat roof areas at the Thames Water site in Waltham Abbey

Installation

Over many years the roof had a build-up of traditional roof coverings, this was removed and disposed ready to clean and prepare the substrate. Our team then installed the Centaur tapered insulation prior to the selfadhesive carrier membrane following the most recent roofing regulations

Completion

Our team completed this project with a seamless Centaur Centech PU Liquid Waterproofing to all flat roof surfaces, upstands and details in accordance with Centaur Technologies waterproofing specification .

Our client witnessed an electronic pinhole detection test and was extremely pleased with the end results.
