The scope was a carbon copy of the initial project, with a GRP lining system agreed upon to ensure long term protection and durability.

Installation

Our team swiftly mobilised and carried out thorough mechanical preparation, creating a suitable adhesion key across all surfaces. Despite the confined space and challenging angles, the GRP lining process was executed with precision and care. Each layer was applied methodically to guarantee full coverage and structural integrity.

Completion

Once the lining was complete, we applied and cured the final topcoat, delivering a clean and resilient finish. The cooling tower was then ready for commissioning, meeting all performance and safety expectations
